Need Help using our Inventory Search Function?
In the box, simply type in the information of the part that you wish to locate. In the drop menu that says "Item #", you can change the search criteria by simply clicking on the down arrow to the right of the drop menu.
The default is Item number (SKU), but you can also search by Mfg. Part #, UPC #, or Part Description. For example, If you are looking for a drip pan, simply type "drip pan" and select "Description" from the drop menu, then click search. You will then see all the drip pans in our inventory, complete with pictures and stocking information. To search by Mfg. Part number, enter the part number on the part, change the drop menu selection to "Mfg #", and click search.
Searching for parts by Item # (SKU) is similar to searching by Mfg #, except that you will need to include the 3 character line code in the part number. These line codes are as follows:

For example, to search by SKU for a Whirlpool Belt with part number 341241, simply enter the Line Code for Whirlpool (WHI) and then the part number. Do not put a space between the Line Code and the Part Number.
Occasionally, when you perform a search, you will see something in the item's description that says someting similar to "USE MTG" or "SUBS WCI5303930012". Don't worry, this is simply telling you that the Line Code or Part Number has been changed or superceeded. All you have to do is repeat you search using the new Line Code or Part Number.
